Summery of the Audio Answer: You ask if it is wrong to have sex on Sabbath? Unless you are married then the answer is Yes! But then it would be wrong to have sex at any time. Sex is something God set up as a real, special intimacy for one man and one woman to share in the joy of a marriage relationship.
To be able to answer your question I believe you need to understand two things.
1) What the Sabbath is all about and
2) What sex is all about.
These two subjects are not as unrelated as you might think. Both were established by God for the benefit of his creation in the Garden of Eden. The Sabbath was given as a day of rest, of fellowship and to spend time away from the normal work routine and with God. (Genesis 2:1-3)
Sex was given by God at the same time as one part of the loving relationship between a husband and a wife. God created Eve as a companion for Adam in the Garden of Eden because God saw that Adam was lonely. That companionship included a sexual element perhaps best represented in the command to go forth and multiply. Within the context of marriage the Bible sees sex as a very healthy and natural part of human intimacy. Unfortunately, Victorian cultural values and the distortions of sin determined that many Christians came to look at sex as something rather disgusting that is best not talked about and not to be indulged in too often. If this were the case in Gods eyes then there would be no place for the Song of Solomon in the Bible, nor for texts such as Deuteronomy 24:5
"If a man has recently married, he must not be sent to war or have any other duty laid on him. For one year he is to be free to stay at home and bring happiness to the wife he has married." The literal Hebrew for the word "happiness" there is "intense sexual pleasure".
The underlying background to your question seems to be: "Should a man and wife do something on the Sabbath day that God would not approve of?"
To answer that question you might want to look at the parallel example of the Pharisees and Jesus in Mark 2:23-28. The Pharisees made the day legalistic and tedious. Jesus freed the day up and focused the attention on our Creator and redeemer. So to decide for yourself what is appropriate you need to balance all these factors together.
