Summery of the Audio Answer:

Only a couple of people.  One was Enoch,
Genesis 5:24 (NIV)
Enoch walked with God; then he was no more, because God took him away.

Hebrews 11:5 (NIV)
By faith Enoch was taken from this life, so that he did not experience death; he could not be found, because God had taken him away. For before he was taken, he was commended as one who pleased God.

The other was Elijah.
2 Kings 2:11 (NIV)
As they were walking along and talking together, suddenly a chariot of fire and horses of fire appeared and separated the two of them, and Elijah went up to heaven in a whirlwind.

Moses died on Mt Horeb and the Bible then indicates that he was ressurected and taken up to heaven.
Jude 1:9 (NIV)
But even the archangel Michael, when he was disputing with the devil about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring a slanderous accusation against him, but said, "The Lord rebuke you!"

Two of them appreared at the transfiguratoin of Jesus, something that could only happen if they came from heaven: Matthew 17:3 (NIV)
Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.
These give us the promise that eternal life and ressurection is something not just for Jesus, but is also a promise and a reality for all who trust in the power of his ressurection.
1 Thes. 4:13-18 (NIV)
Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope.  We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him.  According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep.  For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.  After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.  Therefore encourage each other with these words.
